US issues new guidance for small business loans, pressures public companies to return funds

Just as much as I’m amazed at individuals who rather take unemployment than work, this is just as amazing.

It is becoming rarer and rarer that people do what’s right, if they think they won’t get nailed for doing what’s wrong.
